In 2009, Translit began with a simple mission – break the language barrier, so people worldwide can connect and communicate effectively.

Being at the forefront of the interpretation industry, Alex Chernenko, CEO of Translit, soon realised the need for a remote interpretation technology, imperative to overcome the barriers presented by the pandemic. The use of expensive and complicated equipment on-site was not a solution anymore due to the growing demand for virtual events. Therefore, we launched Translit RSI in Jan 2021. Since our inception, we have served over 100 events totalling 500,000 minutes, from small meetings, webinars to large conferences, helping them to transition online and have remote interpreters during the pandemic.
